These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iocane ATI ("iocane", "ATI", "Service"), including the iocane CLI, backend services, APIs, and user interface.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
iocane ATI provides observability, diagnostics, and analysis for multi-agent and distributed AI systems. The Service ingests telemetry data (such as traces and metrics) and produces analyses, insights, and recommendations.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You represent that you have the authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Authentication
Access to certain features requires authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including API keys and CLI tokens.
4. API Keys and Ingestion
API keys are machine credentials used for data ingestion. You are responsible for securing API keys and for all activity performed using them. iocane may revoke keys in cases of misuse, abuse, or security risk.
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant iocane a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Use the Service to process unlawful or harmful content
7. No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". iocane DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, iocane SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
9. Termination
iocane may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational or security reasons.
10. Changes to Terms
iocane may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iocane is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
